Firstly, the carding machine does not produce cotton pieces in pieces or the cotton pieces have clumps

Causes: 1. Dust blockage between the debris removal plate and the piercing roller; 2. The interior of the dust cage cover is not smooth and has pinch marks; 3. Uneven feeding of cotton

Solution: 1. Use a thin bamboo pole to remove it; 2. Stop the machine, remove the cover plate, and sand it with sandpaper; 3. Pay attention to the thickness and speed of cotton feeding.

2、 The cotton ends of the combing machine are not neat

Causes: 1. The arc-shaped rubber inside the dust cage cover is too far or too close to the dust cage. 2. The folding between the arc-shaped rubber and the cotton roller is not tight or correct

Solution: 1. Check or reinstall after shutdown; 2. Stop the machine for inspection and re stack (bend the upper end of the Z-shaped rubber inward).

3、 Sorting machine, sorting out miscellaneous boards, hanging flowers

Reasons for occurrence: 1. The air outlet of the debris removal plate is not smooth or rusted; 2. The arc-shaped air plate below the piercing roller is too low and has not entered the waste discharge plate; 3. Cotton is damp.

Solution: 1. After disassembly, polish with sandpaper; 2. Stop the machine and adjust the height of the fan plate and the debris removal plate, so that the airflow of the small fan plate enters along with its debris removal plate; 3. Requires sun exposure.

4、 The combing machine sprays air and cotton into the person's arms at the intersection of the flower stalks and teeth

Causes: 1. Thick and uneven distribution of cotton feeding; 2. Local clumps and lumps of cotton feeding; 3. There is oil sludge and cotton accumulation between the upper and lower fabrics

Solution: 1. Keep the cotton feeding thickness evenly distributed on both sides; 2. Use a wooden stick to pat and manually loosen cotton to prevent large cotton chunks from being fed in; 3. Use a wire hook to remove or dismantle the flower eating pole and remove it.

5、 Wrap flowers on both ends of the flower eating stem of the combing machine

Cause: 1. The rubber pressing on the flower eating stem is not tightly sealed, and there is a gap between the rubber at both ends and the flower eating stem

Solution: Use a wire hook to remove the cotton, and in severe cases, use small nuts to press the rubber at both ends and add small iron pressure blocks to compress the rubber and the flower eating stem, eliminating the gap.

6、 Poor flower quality of the combing machine

Reason for occurrence: 1. The gap between the piercing roller and the flower eating stem is too large; 2. The springs at both ends of the flower eating stem are not under pressure, and the upper flower eating stem is not tightly compressed; 3. The air outlet of the debris removal board is too large; 4. Stuck flowers at the air outlet of the debris removal board; 5. The quality of the raw materials is not good.

Solution: 1. Adjust the gap according to the installation and debugging methods; 2. Rotate the top cover bolt of the flower eating stem downwards to tighten the spring pressure, but do not adjust the spring lifting amplitude too tightly; 3. Adjust the height of the debris removal board and adjust the air outlet appropriately; 4. Use a thin bamboo pole to push the cotton apart.

7、 The combing machine wraps flowers around the flower stalks and spikes

Reason for occurrence: 1. The gap between the flower eating stem and the spike roller is too large; 2. The height between the upper and lower flower stalks to the plane of the frame is not consistent with the center height of the roller bearing seat.

Solution: 1. Adjust the gap according to the installation and debugging methods; 2. Loosen the bottom plate bolts of the flower eating stem seat, adjust the center height of the two flower eating stems by adding or removing padding, and then tighten the bolts.

8、 When the carding machine rolls, the cotton pieces break or the cotton rolls become loose

Cause: 1. The bamboo curtain and dust cage do not run synchronously, and one of them slips severely

Solution: 1. Check the cause of slippage. Eliminate slipping phenomenon.

9、 The sorting machine vibrates with a buzzing sound

Causes: 1. Damaged roller bearings or lock sleeves; 2. Loose bolts on the roller bearing seat; 3. There is a noise when the balance block inside the roller moves or when the hand rotates; 4. The fan shaft or bearing is damaged; 5. The fan impeller or blades have cracks.

Solution: 1. Replace the bearing or lock sleeve; 2. Tighten the bearing seat bolts; 3. Send it to the manufacturer for repair; 4. Replace the shaft or bearing; 5. Send it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

10、 Sorting machine chain skipping teeth

Reason: 1. The chain is too loose.

Solution: 1. Tighten the chain appropriately.
